Am I allowed to say that at my age? I am sure it is completely inappropriate when talking about a high school senior. I apologize if I  just offended anyone, but really…. How cute is this boy?  If it was up to me he would be the next Abercrombie and Fitch model.

LIVESTRONG Jon-an extraordinary senior

Posted on October 6, 2009

I had the wonderful gift of photographing this amazing young man last week. Rather than telling you the story myself I have included an article written about him.

printed from the Gardner Newspaper (I apologize for the quality of the scanned article)

Jon is a true inspiration. I am in awe of him. Jon and 10 of his family and friends participated in the Live strong challenge in Philadelphia raising over $4000.00 for the cause.

I am equally inspired by Jon’s Mom Diane. She is my husbands business partner and does her best to keep organized. That is of itself is a feat! LOL  :)  I can only imagine how much worry I would have if my child was battling an illness. Diane, I think the world of you and have deep respect for you as a business women, Mom and woman.

On Aug 3 2009 Jon had a cat-scan and blood work done. He and his Mom are happy to report that Jon is cancer free! As I write this it brings tears to my eyes.  His story has touched my heart and reminds me of everything I have to be grateful for.

Please enjoy these senior pictures of an extraordinary, handsome young man.
