The best kind of friend is the one you could sit on a porch with, never saying a word, and walk away feeling like that was the best conversation you’ve had.

My best friend and I live way to0 far from one another.  Just thinking about her wells my eyes with tears- I love her that much. Living 2000 miles apart we spend time together daily on the phone enjoying our morning coffee or over video chat. Tani and I always make time for each other and our sweet husbands totally get our friendship. They forgive us and just laugh when we don’t answer their calls because we are engrossed with our telephone conversations. We travel to see each other at least four times a year and do our best to fill each other up with girlfriend time, shopping, coffee, movies, wine, good food, laughter and pure joy. The distance has never put a dent in our friendship but there are times that it gets hard. Like when I wasn’t there to help pick out her wedding gown. Tani just gave birth to her third baby and it makes the distance hurt.

I think you are the bestest friend any woman could have. :) You are my soul mate. I am beyond thrilled for you and love that you are so happy in your life. You are married to an amazing man that adores you and seriously, can your children be any more gorgeous?

This weekend I had a fun playdate/photography session with this beautiful family. I just adore them-the kind of family you just want to get to know more of and have in your life.  Dad is one lucky guy being surrounded by these gorgeous girls.

I just have to post a few more shots of  this family on the beach. Enjoy!

I just love how much these two adore one another!

I just adore this family! Ivan and Mariana are people committed to growth, contribution and leaving this world a better place than when they entered it.  I have known Ivan for a few years now as a coaching client and always thought him to be an amazing Dad, husband, coach, and man committed to being better everyday. I could spend the afternoon in the company of gorgeous Mariana. I wish we lived closer and could get to know each other better. I know a fabulous friendship is waiting to be had with you. You are both blessed with wonderful boys full of boundless energy, giggles and fun! Thank you for a delightful  afternoon photographing your beautiful family.

Check back tomorrow for another blog post staring this beautiful family!

Short on words today getting all my last minute orders complete. My good friend Amy asked me to do a mini session for their holiday cards. We had a blast playing in the snow.

Wow! It has been a while since I have blogged. I have been bust catching up with orders and spending some much needed time with my family.

This next post is of my dear friend Rebecka and her  family.  Rebecka has been very good to me. I moved here from Colorado and as soon as I met her she gave me her friendship, welcomed me into her life, and introduced me to her friends.  When I started on this photography adventure she supported me, cheered me on and even offered to host a photo party.

Thank you Rebecka, for your friendship  and your support! I adore you!  I can’t wait to photograph you all again soon!

xoxo

Who know that Grafton MA had a mini Fenway park? Edward P. Miner Field at Norcross Park was built in honor this family’s Uncle. The shoot had a real emotion connection, laughs giggles, grand slams, home runs, four adorable kids/tween/teens and two cool parents!

These boys are so much fun! They played baseball, tackled Dad, ran, jumped, climbed rock walls, rolled down hills…. the list goes on. Mom and Dad are so cool they just let their boys be boys! Thanks for a fun photo session. Enjoy!

I met this Mom last spring  at a function for Harrington Hospital’s cancer center and I just wanted to know more about her. Sherri is smart, beautiful, engaging and evolved in her community.  She is a woman that I need to be  around, you know the kind that helps you remember that while you are a Mom, you are so much more.

To top it off Mom and daughter are fashion divas. There is never a time when I see Sherri that I don’t want to own either her clothes, belt, shoes or bag. This woman knows fashion and her stunning daughter is right there with her.

One of the many organizations that Sherri is passionate about is Residential Energy Assistance for Seniors (REAS) Foundation. The REAS foundation has a goal to raise $10,000 from Sturbridge families that will enable them to provide energy assistance to qualifying Sturbridge seniors whose fixed incomes and escalating expenses are placing them in a perilous predicament.

Please consider donating $10.00 to help a neighbor, visit the website and click the link at the top right hand of the screen. REAS is an all-volunteer, 501c3 non-profit organization which means your donation is tax deductible.
